You can give a recommendation to any member you would like to commend or recognize. Just click on their profile page and click on the thumb icon which will open the recommendation form. Here you choose a category of recognition, either a skill, feature, quality, or characteristic that it most linked to your recommendation. Add a title and write your comments before hitting the SEND link in the top right of the page. You can also choose to add an image or video as well.
