You should only ask practical, answerable questions based on something specific you want help with. 

Make sure your question is detailed and specific enough for members to be able to answer you straight away, you want to avoid members asking you to provide more detail, not only will this limit the speed in which you will receive a good answer, but it might also limit the number of helpful answers you receive. 

Appreciating a members comment no only gives them a positive ackoeldgement but they will also be awarded points for their helpful contribution by Townfish.

The general TownFish etiquette is to provide an award to any members you feel have provided you with a good answer. This will encourage good answers to be posted and give members an incentive be helpful and supportive. It will also help you earn badges for being a member that shows appreciation to other members for their help.

Clicking on a tag at the bottom of a post will direct you to a page that show all posts with that tag.

There are guidelines to using tags and it’s important you try and use tags that are already available in the drop menu when you type to avoid creating duplications and so that we can maximise the effectiveness of this feature.

Each post may only contain up to 3 tags so choose the ones that best describe your post. 

To add a comment follow these steps:

1. Click on the curly arrow icon at the bottom of the post.
2. When the comment box opens type your comment into the description box.
3. Click Post in the top menu to publish.
